Verusity doesn't ask you to trust a vendor with your data — it runs entirely inside the Microsoft Azure tenant you already own, gated by the Entra ID logins your team already uses. Nothing about that changes as you scale.
Most AI tools ask you to send your documents to someone else's servers and trust their policies. Verusity is built so there's no third-party server in the picture to trust.
Verusity runs inside your own Microsoft Azure subscription, not a shared multi-tenant cloud. Your documents and conversations never cross into infrastructure Verusity operates or can see.
Nothing you or your team enter is used to train any model, retained by a third party, or accessible outside your own Azure tenant and Entra ID permissions.
There's no shared database of customer documents for an attacker — or a subpoena — to target. Your instance is isolated to your organization by design, not by policy.
Verusity doesn't introduce a new login, a new user directory, or a new place for accounts to go stale. It authenticates through Microsoft Entra ID — the same identity system already controlling access to your email, files, and other Microsoft 365 apps.
The identity boundary you manage today is the same identity boundary that governs Verusity. There's nothing extra for IT to provision, rotate, or forget to revoke.
A complete, queryable record of who asked what, when, and which documents were retrieved to answer it — ready to hand to an insurer, auditor, or client doing vendor diligence.
Every prompt, retrieval, and response is logged inside your own environment. If you need to answer "who accessed this document" or "what did the AI tell someone about this matter," the answer is in your own audit trail — not locked in a vendor's dashboard you have to request access to.
Verusity's architecture is designed to align with SOC 2 and NIST security principles, and it runs entirely on Microsoft Azure — infrastructure most compliance teams have already evaluated.
Architecture aligned with SOC 2 and NIST security principles
Runs on Microsoft Azure, which independently holds SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP authorizations
Encryption in transit and at rest, using Azure's own key management
No new sub-processor to vet — your own Azure agreement already covers the infrastructure layer
Verusity is a young platform and does not yet hold its own independent SOC 2 report. What it can offer today: an architecture designed around SOC 2 and NIST control principles from the start, running entirely on infrastructure (Microsoft Azure) that already carries those certifications independently. We're happy to walk your security team through the specifics.
The things your IT or compliance team will want answered first.
Inside your own Microsoft Azure subscription, in the region you choose. Verusity is deployed into infrastructure you own and pay Microsoft for directly — it is not a shared multi-tenant service hosted by Verusity.
No. Nothing entered into Verusity is used to train any model, whether ours or a third party's, and it is not retained outside your own Azure tenant and Entra ID permissions.
Nobody, by default. Because deployment runs inside your own tenant, Verusity does not have standing access to your documents or chat history. Support access, if ever needed, is something your admin explicitly grants and can revoke.
Through Microsoft Entra ID — the same directory that already governs your email and files. Document retrieval respects the permissions each person already has on the underlying files, so Verusity can't surface something a user couldn't already open themselves.
Offboard them in Entra ID as you already do. Their Verusity access ends the same moment — there's no separate account to remember to disable.
Verusity's own architecture is built around SOC 2 and NIST control principles, but as a young platform it does not yet hold an independent SOC 2 report of its own. The infrastructure layer it runs on — Microsoft Azure — independently holds SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP authorizations. We're transparent about this distinction and happy to discuss your specific compliance requirements directly.
Yes. Every prompt, retrieval, and response is logged inside your own tenant, giving you a queryable record for internal review, an insurer, or a client's vendor-diligence process.
We're happy to walk your IT, security, or compliance team through the architecture directly — no generic vendor questionnaire required.
